1st.April 2007 UK INLAND POSTAL CHARGES INCREASED Royal Mail have considerably increased postal charges. My P&P rates are now £1.75 per VHS video and £1.25 for DVD. All postage prices shown are subject to revision. I have to change the P & P settings for every single title in this shopping cart system so for a while it will calculate the P & P incorrectly for some orders. Don't worry.... I will adjust the P & P on your order manually!

24Nov07-IAN IS BACK I have been to "Amazing" Australia for a few weeks, visiting railways, customers & friends. My staff had some delivery problems with a small number of orders while I was away (but still around thanks to the internet). I'm now sorting these few out!
VHS VIDEOS With some exceptions, we do not now keep stock of ANY VHS VIDEOS. (see our FAQ Q5) All VHS titles are ordered in especially for you and sometimes (but not often) it can take weeks (see the FAQ Q5). The publishers are running down their stocks and will often wait until they get enough orders before making a new batch. I am altering the web site to reflect this and it's quite a task!. In the meantime. if you order a video on VHS and do not instruct me otherwise, if there is a DVD version that will be supplied instead. Of course if there isn't a DVD version......!!<<br><b>NOTE: This does not affect B & R Video VHS Videos.

All our VHS videos are to UK PAL standard format which covers most of Europe (except France), Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and South Africa among others.North America and Japan use the NTSC format which is not compatible with PAL format. Only a few publishers produce NTSC versions and then only a few titles from their range (we really wish there were more). These are available to special order. Click here for a list. My customers who live in non-PAL areas either have a multi-standard video recorder or they get their videos converted locally. Unfortunately, we cannot convert them for you because of UK copyright law :-(. There is not a problem with DVDs!
